Meal Assembly is a
growing trend across the US. There are already MANY corporate franchises that
exist. We are not a franchise. I have owned this business for 5 years and it is my mission
to offer the best food and service to meet your individual needs. I do not pay
franchise fees to a corporate office in another state, nor do I have a frilly or
expensive storefront that is not family friendly. My profits go into giving you

We control our own menus with 14 choices every month and we can offer you regional food favorites (Green Chile!) and flexible options (order as many meals after 6 that you wish..).
Reasonably priced meals and we also have side dishes for purchase as well!
Pay when you make your food and use cash, check or charge card of your choice!
We have many different quality aluminum containers with lids to package and store your meals.

In Albuquerque, between I25 and Paseo - no more than 6 miles from the Westside and 6 miles from the Northeast foothills. We are right off of the San Antonio exit to the East or Paseo Del Norte to the North. Directions to the site

Ken created and operates our great website. He's also very handy around the kitchen - you may see him there on an occasional night helping with dishes. He also does some customer phone confirmations so you may hear from him sometime!
Melanie creates and organizes all of the recipes, which she culls from lots of different sources - she is a certified cook book addict! She's also the one who calls you for your confirmation and she hosts some sessions.
